Waverly Woods West is an active adult/age 55 and better community that was developed by Waverly Woods Development Corporation and built by NVR Homes. It was built as a homeowner association-managed community operating under the governing documents of two homeowner associations called Waverly Woods West Homeowners Association and Waverly Woods Owners Association. In addition, there are three Condominium Associations (CA), with additional governing documents, that pertain to a group of seven buildings in the community that comprise Waverly Mews.
